From the Willamette River and Forest Park to the International Rose Test Garden and the Smith & Bybee Wetlands Natural Area, Portland, also known as the "City of Roses" has so many enriching ways to experience nature right in the city limits! And if you decide to further explore Oregon, there is an abundance of natural beauty to see.
Dining in Portland
Portland is very proud of their home-grown collection of beer, chocolates, wine and growing restaurant scene. Portland is also home to the "world's best street food," thanks to their 600 food carts scattered all over the city.
Getting around Portland
There are many ways to get around Portland including the wheelchair accessible MAX light rail and TriMet bus. Every WPC 2016 delegate will receive a complimentary 7-day pass for the week of the Congress at registration at the Oregon Convention Center.
